I don’t! I do adjust contrast and brightness sometimes but I really try not to adjust the color hue or saturation unless I’m trying to do something fun with the photo.
Wow… great lighting in that case. I find it hard to get the food to look like what it looks like to me (mind you I’m just using an iphone camera).
Did a recent blog about cooking with a slowcooker on a tourbus and it was pretty difficult to photograph the food in that situation…. we kept having to pull the slowcooker out to get it in the light. (have a look if you get a minute)
Anyhow, I’m rambling… 🙂
Michael – thank you. I only use my iphone for fun shots, but not for quality. I take most of my controlled shots near a window so that I have natural light. I’ll check out your blog!
