I had some fresh cherries and puff pastry. And then started thinking chocolate…So I layered puff pastry with cream cheese, chocolate and cherries that I cooked down with Port wine, Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar from Fiore, cocoa powder and sugar. Baked until gooey and voila! My Cherry Cordial Tart was born. Tasted good enough the first try to make it in my cookbook!
