pineapple, banana, cinnamon cream, raw sugar…one of my former inn guests named them “Cairns” for the directional rock stacks on the hiking trails in Acadia National Park. This was a favorite on our breakfast menu…it will be in the cookbook!

note: when torching, make SURE your plate is oven-proof…do as I say, not as I do (I blew up non-tempered glass plates when torching the fruit at the inn for our last breakfast of the season a couple years back!)
